I find that it is best to start with a 30 minute Career Strategy Session, where we’ll assess your goals, your obstacles, and your questions. We’ll discuss real strategies and ways to address your situation and I’ll give you recommendations for the best coaching path to fit your needs.
This is allows us to meet and get to know one another, and lets you see how coaching works before committing to a larger package.

During our career strategy session, I’ll give you my recommendations for the coaching packages that suit your situation best, taking into consideration your time and budget.
Packages range from 2 to 12 sessions, with a discount for larger numbers. Check them out here.

After you purchase your package, I’ll reach out with a scheduling email, so you can pick a time that works for you.
Before we meet, I may also send you some questions and homework based on what you share in our Career Strategy session. We’ll use your answers to frame our first coaching session, so we can dive in and work together right away.

Career Strategy Session
All coaching clients start with this One-Time, 30-Minute Individualized Coaching Session on Zoom.
This initial meeting combines an assessment of your background, experience, and goals with real actionable guidance. I’ll answer any of your specific questions and then offer initial recommendations on the coaching path that suits your needs best, including discussing package options.
Starting with a career strategy session allows us to get to know one another and gives you an understanding of how coaching can work for you without requiring a long-term commitment.
Investment: $250
2-Session Package
Aka, “The Strategic Sprint,” this narrowly focused package is best suited for tackling a specific goal or preparing for an upcoming project — like honing a pitch, prepping for an upcoming meeting, or getting ready for day one of your next writer’s room.
In our Two 60-Minute Laser-Focused Sessions, we'll work together to create a clear plan to get you over the finish line feeling prepared and confident.
Investment: $450 per session
6-Session Package
Over the course of several months, we’ll focus on how to move to the next stage of your career, identifying the roadblocks that are in your way and honing the professional skills that will take you from where you are to where you want to and should be. Equally important, I'm here to help you navigate difficult choices or career challenges.
Each session is a 60-Minute Laser-Focused Zoom meeting, usually scheduled twice a month.
Investment: $425 per session
12-Session Package
Committing to a multi-month package will allow us to get into much more depth on individual topics, gives you the opportunity to receive ongoing feedback on your progress, and allows us to course-correct as your career evolves and thrives.
The 12 Session Package includes two 60-Minute Laser-Focused Sessions a month, but also offers additional support to ask questions and get advice when you need it most, via email, text, and chat.
You also get the benefits of Ongoing Coaching at the best price per session.
