In the first two articles, we discussed time, and introduced some exercises to help you get more clarity on how you're spending your time and why. The third and fourth articles took you inward, helping you to understand some of the ways emotions, particularly fear, can keep creative professionals feeling stuck and inhibit them from doing their best work.
